High School Outreach

Academic Outreach Program

Let us help you build credibility with your students.
All of the classroom presentations have been created with an eye on scholastic and graduation standards. Engaging, highly interactive presentations have been formulated on topics in psychology, economics, English, U.S. government and art. Here they are in capsule form:

  • The Power of Politics is a non-partisan, interactive question and answer session focusing on the Constitution, Presidential history, global issues and more.
  • Ticket to Understanding includes a brief personality profile and connects concepts of personality into the students’ daily lives, career choices, working with others, and more.
  • Dollars and Decisions links economic principals to daily decisions about money. Theory is applied to real dollars in your students’ lives. Funding college is explored.
  • The Power of Words employs examples from professional public speaking to stress the importance of communicating well, whether at home, in school or at work.
  • An Uncivil Society provides a step-by-step guide to apply principals of respect to live with integrity in a rapidly changing world.
  • Going Global is an interactive look at cultural differences and similarities in a global economy. Real examples and situations encourage participation and enhance understanding.
  • The Competitive Edge uses the job procurement process to link your students’ experiences of today with potential careers of tomorrow.
  • Success – Goal for It! helps students understand what it takes to be successful, from identifying their situation, to making decisions to reach their goal and doing what’s needed to get there.
  • The Working Artist is a highly interactive presentation, designed to involve your students in a lively discussion about art and artists.
