International Marketing

This Business Management course provides students with an understanding of the marketing function within an organization from a global perspective. Topics include planning and decision-making from the organization's international marketing prospective around issues of product development, price, distribution and promotion. International market research, market segmentation, consumer behavior and advertising are also covered.

Entrepreneurship

This Business Management class provides students with an understanding of the role of the entrepreneur in the world economy and the steps involved in developing, implementing, growing and maintaining a business operation.

Project Management

This Business Management course provides students with a framework and a practical step-by step process for the implementation and management of projects within a business environment. Project management is discussed from both a technical and behavioral perspective.

Government & Industry

This Business Management class looks at the relationship between industry and the federal and state governments in which it operates. Various government policies and how legislation affects business practice are addressed.

Financial Management

This Business Management course provides students with an understanding of the importance and role of financial principles in the management of a business.
