Student Disclosures

The U.S. Department of Education requires that we report and disclose certain information about our school programs in a clear, prominent, user-friendly, and easily understood manner. The intent of the requirement is to enable students to make an informed choice about a program of study. To this end, we have developed documents containing the following information:

  1. The on-time completion rate;
  2. The graduation rate;
  3. The employment rate(s);
  4. The tuition and fees;
  5. The median loan debt incurred by students; and
  6. The occupations that the program may prepare students to enter, along with links to the O*NET occupational profiles.

Student Outcomes Disclosure Form

  • On-Time Completion Rate
    • This section provides the percentage of all students who completed their program and who reached completion within the normal time period.
  • Graduation Rate
    • This section provides the percentage of first-time and full-time starting undergraduate students who completed their program within 150% of the normal time period.
  • Employment Rate
    • This section provides the employment rate(s) for the program, calculated under any required accrediting and/or state agency methodologies as well as the method used by the campus. Explanations of calculation methodologies for all rates presented are provided.

Tuition, Fees and Median Loan Debt

  • The tuition and fees section includes both direct and indirect costs:
    • Direct costs include an average of the tuition, fees, books and supplies incurred over the length of the program.
    • Indirect costs include institutional room and board offered as an option at certain locations.
  • This section provides the median loan debt incurred by students who have completed their program (separated by federal and private loan debt). Note: After October 2, 2011, this loan data will be calculated by the U.S. Department of Education based on data provided by the school.
